🚨 SAPS e-Recruitment Now Online – Apply Before 18 July 2025

The South African Police Service (SAPS) has officially launched its first fully digital recruitment system. Applicants can now register, apply, upload documents, and track their application online — no more paper forms or queues.

Important: Applications for the 2025/2026 Police Trainee Intake close on 18 July 2025.

Who Can Apply?

• South African citizens aged 18 to 35 years
• Must have passed Grade 12 (Matric)
• Clean criminal record
• Physically and mentally fit

How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official SAPS e-Recruitment Portal: saps.gov.za → Careers → e-Recruitment
2. Create an account and verify your details
3. Find the vacancy titled "Police Trainee 2025/26"
4. Complete your application and upload certified documents
5. Submit and keep your reference number safe

What Happens Next?

Shortlisted applicants will undergo:

• Psychometric and physical assessments
• Medical evaluations
• Background and criminal record checks

Training begins in early 2026, with a monthly stipend of R4,500 during training.
